Hello there!

Happy Tuesday all of you! Hope you guys had an amazing weekend! My weekend was quite productive and I can’t wait to share with you all some exciting things I have been working on! I hope you all enjoy it! Having said this, today I’m writing about my recent collaboration with Craftsvilla.com which is a go to destination for online ethnic wear!

‘A little bit of this, and a little bit of that’

Dressing up has become probably one of the strongest expression for women today. They wear their mind. Experimenting with cuts, drapes, silhouettes forms and different styles comes easy to her. And the markets are spoiling her for choice. Mixing and matching is definitely on her TO DO LIST if she’s already not acing it. The concept of INDO WESTERN has been a fashion norm for a real long time now. We all love the EAST MEETS WEST philosophy in our clothing as it definitely makes for a more trendy and comfortable style statement.

About the brand

Craftsvilla.com is a marketplace to “Discover Unique Indian Products” including Handmade, Vintage, Ethnic, Organic and Natural products from India.

India is a beautiful assortment of diversity reflected in our Clothing, Food, Lifestyle, Language, Music, Books etc. This diversity is so rich and diverse that an attempt to capture it on a single platform was never made. Craftsvilla.com is that sincere attempt by bunch of young insane guys and gals who think this is possible now with the Internet. Craftsvilla.com uses a marketplace model to capture the regional variations of India. They connect local artisans & designers directly to global customers and thereby increase their livelihood, remove middlemen, help them create/promote their brand and thereby preserve our culture, traditions and values. We believe this journey will not only help artisans of India but also help customers discover and buy products which they otherwise are not able to do today. Lets relive that old India together again.

You go Ethnic? We go Contemporary! – How I styled my look?

I selected two sarees from their latest online collection and decided to experiment with the styles! Talking about my first look, I selected an Indigo brasso embellished designer saree from Craftsvilla.com https://www.craftsvilla.com/shop/craftsvilla-blue-color-brasso-embellished-designer-saree-with-unstitched-blouse-material/6172876 and paired it with a basic white shirt as a blouse. I styled this look with some indo western junk jewellery of Silver and Blue color combination which complimented the look really well. For my hair I kept the look really clean and tied them in a bun. I wore Black sunglasses to make the look a little more edgy.

The second look is all about going boho and experimenting with the florals! For this look I selected a beige Georgette Kalmakari saree from Craftsvilla.com https://www.craftsvilla.com/shop/craftsvilla-beige-color-georgette-kalamkari-and-lace-work-contemporary-saree/6141751 and paired it with an off shoulder Orange crop top which added a boho and fun element to the outfit! Not accessorizing much, I stuck to White sunglasses to complete this look. I loved how it turned out to be so effortless and yet looked so feminine with an element of fun to it.

Here are some of the looks that I created using Craftsvilla Sarees. I hope you guys enjoyed reading this! I have added links to the products that I got from Crafstsvilla. Enjoy the pictures! Have a great day! 🙂
